We create a digital 3d model from your concept plans. These plans are reviewed with you or your design professional to review. Then refine any changes, revisions and present a complete package for final review and approvals. You are part of the process. Our FRAMECAD roll-forming system then produces high strength steel components for each panel to exact specifications.
Your structural steel package is ready for delivery on your schedule to create a “just-in-time” delivery, ready to be installed.

Our steel is a Hot dipped galvanized steel made of carbon steel coated in zinc utilizing the hot-dip process. The end result of this process is a layer of zinc on each side of the steel designed to meet your ASTM requirements. This steel is Rust and Corrosion resistant, delivered in rolls and ready for production in our Cold forming machines.
Our Framecad(r) machines take the rolled coils and form the integral components at room temperature with high pressure to create a high-strength weather resistant panel or truss. When used in a fully integrated system like ours, the results are transformative.
